Sold only to importers who already hold cosmetics registration in their country.

Sold as-is, where-is, in the condition described. Retail values are the supplier's manifest figures, not a resale guarantee. Listed 2026-09-30.

• We quote this lot two ways: FOB at the U.S. origin and CIF to your named port, with cargo insurance included. Pallets can be consolidated with other lots near the Port of Long Beach into one LCL or container shipment.
• Blind bill of lading. On direct exports V Outlet Distro is named as the shipper, so you get one clean document chain and we keep our sourcing private.
• We send the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading, plus a certificate of origin where your country requires it.
• Customs clearance, duties and delivery at destination are handled by you and your customs broker. Check the import rules for your country before you offer.

Terms

• Sold as-is, where-is, in the condition described on the manifest. Retail values are the supplier's figures, not a guarantee of resale price.
• Customer-return loads can contain incomplete, used or defective units. They are offered only to importers whose country permits them.
• An offer is not binding until we confirm it in writing and send the pro-forma invoice. The lot is reserved once your deposit clears.
• Payment by international wire in USD. The deposit and balance are set on the pro-forma invoice.
• The ask is held until the closing time shown. After that the lot is sold, withdrawn or repriced.
