How to buy
How buying from V Outlet works
Six steps from choosing a lot to receiving it at your port, plus the details international buyers ask about most.
Tell us what sells
Browse the lots, or send us your categories, the condition you accept, your volume and your port.
Get FOB and CIF prices
We confirm availability and quote both prices in USD, usually within one business day.
Review the manifest
Check the UPC manifest and photos, and let your customs broker review the HS codes.
Confirm and pay a deposit
We issue a pro-forma invoice. Your wire deposit reserves the lot.
We consolidate and ship
Pickup, re-palletizing, drayage, ocean freight and insurance (CIF). You get tracking and documents.
Clear and receive
Your broker clears customs at destination. You pay the balance as set on your invoice.

- Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and a certificate of origin where required.
- Blind bill of lading on direct supplier exports.

Minimum order
One case or one pallet on programs. Truckloads sell whole.
Payment
International wire in USD. The deposit and balance are set on the pro-forma.
Inventory turns over
Lots sell quickly, so we confirm availability on every quote.
Inspection
Photos and manifests before you buy. Third-party inspection can be arranged at your cost.
Before you order
Checklist
- Confirm with your customs broker that the category and condition are allowed. Some markets ban used clothing or used appliances, or require product registration.
- Get the HS codes from the manifest and estimate your duties on the CIF value.
- Check your bank can send an advance wire in USD, and whether your country caps advance payments.
- Have your importer registration and any permits ready: cosmetics registration, SONCAP, ICC and similar.
- Read the lot terms. Customer-return loads include defective and incomplete units.
