About V Outlet Distro
What does V Outlet Distro do?
We source U.S. liquidation and overstock merchandise for importers, distributors and wholesalers outside the United States. We buy or broker the load, consolidate and re-palletize it near the Port of Long Beach, book the freight, and quote it delivered to your port (CIF) or at the U.S. origin (FOB).
Do you sell to buyers inside the United States?
Our focus is export. We take U.S. orders only when they fit a load we are already moving.
Where are you located?
Our office is in San Diego, California. Loads consolidate with third-party operators near the Port of Long Beach. Our suppliers ship from California, Missouri, New Jersey, Florida and Texas.
Buying
What does the price on a lot mean?
It is our ask for the whole lot, in USD, FOB at the U.S. origin. The landed cost depends on your port, so every lot page also estimates the CIF price, and we confirm the exact CIF number on a quote, usually within one business day.
How do offers and expiry dates work?
You can accept the ask or make an offer below it. Each lot shows the date and time the offer closes, which is when the supplier needs an answer. Nothing is reserved until we accept your offer in writing and your deposit clears. After the closing time the lot is gone or repriced, and we can look for a similar one.
What is the minimum order?
One pallet for pallet programs such as makeup, or one case for case goods. Truckloads sell whole. Smaller buyers can combine pallets from several lots into one shared container. See Pallets.
How do I pay?
By international wire in USD to V Outlet's business account. The deposit and the balance are set on the pro-forma invoice, before anything ships. Some countries limit advance payments, Côte d'Ivoire for example. We work inside those rules.
Can I see the manifest before buying?
Yes. Most loads have a full UPC manifest with quantities and retail values. Lots without one say so on the lot page.
What do the condition grades mean?
New overstock: never sold, in original packaging. Customer returns: returned to the store, condition varies, some units may be incomplete or defective. Scratch & dent: new appliances with cosmetic damage. Mixed: a combination of grades, shown on the manifest.
Shipping & export
What does CIF to my port include?
The goods, consolidation and loading, U.S. trucking to the port, ocean freight and cargo insurance to your named port. Customs clearance, duties and local delivery at destination are yours.
Who handles customs at destination?
You and your customs broker. Before you commit, we send the documents your broker will need: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and, where required, a certificate of origin.
What is a blind bill of lading?
A bill of lading that names V Outlet as the shipper instead of the original supplier. Several of our suppliers export directly with our name on the paperwork. You get a clean document chain and we keep our sourcing private.
Can I combine several lots into one container?
Yes. That is what our consolidation service is for. Pallets from different lots and suppliers are combined, re-palletized and loaded into one 20 ft or 40 ft container to your port.
Do you ship to the Middle East?
Not to Jebel Ali for now. The Strait of Hormuz has been closed to container shipping since February 2026. We can ship to African or South Asian ports for UAE-based traders.
Selling to us
What inventory do you buy?
Overstock, closeouts, customer returns, shelf pulls and discontinued goods in general merchandise, tools and hardware, apparel, appliances and health and beauty. Truckload or pallet quantities.
Will my goods show up on U.S. marketplaces?
Our buyers are overseas importers, so your goods leave the U.S. retail channel. We can restrict the destination countries if you need us to.
