Shipping & export
- We quote this lot two ways: FOB at the U.S. origin and CIF to your named port, with cargo insurance included. Pallets can be consolidated with other lots near the Port of Long Beach into one LCL or container shipment.
- Blind bill of lading. On direct exports V Outlet Distro is named as the shipper, so you get one clean document chain and we keep our sourcing private.
- We send the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading, plus a certificate of origin where your country requires it.
- Customs clearance, duties and delivery at destination are handled by you and your customs broker. Check the import rules for your country before you offer.
Terms
- Sold as-is, where-is, in the condition described on the manifest. Retail values are the supplier's figures, not a guarantee of resale price.
- Customer-return loads can contain incomplete, used or defective units. They are offered only to importers whose country permits them.
- An offer is not binding until we confirm it in writing and send the pro-forma invoice. The lot is reserved once your deposit clears.
- Payment by international wire in USD. The deposit and balance are set on the pro-forma invoice.
- The ask is held until the closing time shown. After that the lot is sold, withdrawn or repriced.

AI deal analysis
Generated 2026-10-11 · Claude (Anthropic)Product concentration · Highly diversified
A broad, toy-led Target general-merchandise load: about half the retail value is toys and games, sold in small quantities across a very wide assortment.
This truck holds 2,850 units across 1,139 manifest lines (one per UPC), with $87,384 in listed retail. Toys and games make up about 49% of the value, bedding and throws 16%, and small appliances 10%. The rest is home décor, drinkware, sports, kitchen and a little electronics.
It is highly diversified. The 10 largest lines make up only about 14% of the value, and most of the 1,139 lines are single units. That suits buyers who sell piece by piece: outlet stores, pacas and bodega sellers, live sellers and market stalls. It is hard for a buyer who wants to resell full cases.
Average retail is $30.66 per unit and the median is $29. About 60% of units retail under $25, so most of the value sits in mid-priced, giftable items, not a few expensive ones. About 60% of the value is national brands (LEGO, Disney and Star Wars, Owala, Barbie, Whirlpool, tonies). About 16% is Target's own brands such as Threshold and Pillowfort, which sell on look rather than brand name abroad.
Strengths
- Q4-friendly mix: toys are about half the value, and licensed properties (Star Wars, Disney, Pokémon, PAW Patrol, Bluey, Barbie) are about 21%.
- Retail listings for the 40 sampled SKUs carry 8,700 customer reviews averaging 4.15 stars, so the items have proven retail demand.
- The manifest reconciles: lines × quantity × unit retail add up exactly to the stated $87,383.50.
- No single item dominates. Losing one bad SKU barely moves the total.
Watch-outs
- These are customer returns and overstock, not graded. Expect some opened, incomplete or defective units, especially electronics and appliances.
- About 10% of the value (73 lines, about 100 units) is electrical: mini fridges, ice makers, air fryers, microwaves, coffee makers, vacuums. These are U.S. 110–120 V models and only suit 120 V markets.
- Single-unit lines make sorting and pricing labour-heavy. Budget time to sort by department on arrival.
- Retail values are Target's listed prices, not what the goods will resell for. Plan your resale on a fraction of retail; the resale calculator on the lot page helps.
- A few items, such as bath robes and a costume dress, can be read as apparel. Remove them for markets that ban used clothing in return loads.
Market fit
| Market | Fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Central America | Strong | No used-goods ban; toys, bedding and home sell through outlet chains and paca sellers; 110 V appliances work. |
| Dominican Republic | Strong | Big demand for U.S. toys and home goods; 110–120 V appliances work; new megastore buyers want variety. |
| Panama — Colón Free Zone | Good | Re-export hub: can be broken down by department and sent on across the region. |
| Kenya & East Africa | Good, without appliances | Toys and home sell well and U.S. goods are inspected on arrival. Kenya runs on 240 V, so sell the 10% of electrical items separately. |
| Philippines | Caution | Customer returns must contain no apparel (pull the robes and costumes). 220 V means appliances do not fit. |
| Ghana & West Africa | Caution | Used fridges are banned and returned fridges could be treated as used. Remove the refrigeration units first. |
| Nigeria | Not a fit | We serve Nigeria for new tools and electrical with SONCAP only. |
| Peru | Not a fit | Our Peru program is new tools only. |
Best buyer for this load
Best for tier B and C buyers who sell piece by piece: outlet and discount stores, paca and bodega sellers, and online or live sellers in Central America and the Dominican Republic. One truck fills a 40 ft high-cube.
Questions worth asking us
- What share of the units is tested or untested, and is there a defect allowance?
- Are the appliances in original boxes?
- Can the electrical lines be pulled from the load for a 220–240 V market, and at what price adjustment?
- When can the truck ship? Toys need to land by late November to sell for Christmas.
